I’m currently doing the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Diploma with Kingdom College, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far! The training is practical, insightful, and really connects with the real challenges in adult care. Every session gives me new skills and boosts my confidence to step up as a leader in my role. I’m excited to keep building on what I’m learning and make a real difference in the care sector.
