Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care and support to adults, respecting their individual needs and preferences.

• Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation.

• Encourage and support individuals to live as independently as possible.

• Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to the care team.

• Record and maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made.

• Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Support clients with medication administration in line with regulations and training.

• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

Must be local to the Battersea area or within easy commuting distance.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
